THE PROBLEM

The Little Green Sheep had established themselves as a rising brand in the baby bedtime market, but they struggled to secure placement in high-end retailers. Despite the premium price point of their handmade, and in the case of their mattress range, made-to-order products, the company’s branding and packaging did not reflect this level of quality. This mismatch created a barrier to sales, as the high price wasn’t reflected in the brand’s visual identity.

THE SOLUTION

Wooly the Sheep was central to the brand’s identity, but the original character felt too rigid and lacked the premium quality the brand sought. By refining Wooly’s design, we preserved the brand’s recognizability whilst introducing a softer, more endearing style that resonated with the target audience. This allowed the brand to maintain its market presence whilst elevating its appeal.

In parallel, the ingredients were carefully highlighted to emphasize the natural materials used across the product range. The soft blue-grey tones formed a protective circle around Wooly, symbolizing the brand’s commitment to nurturing and safeguarding little ones.
